Rebooted and tried to run the program and then change priority and/or affinity and still does not allow access.Tried it with UAC turned on and off and still doesn't make a Sign in to report inappropriate content. If you are on W7 you can have it enforce CPU affinity. Uac Windows 7 I have looked extensively both here and at Eidos, and I've tried many things, but nothing seems to work. It plays the videos, etc.
