Attach a file to a message On the File menu, click New, and then click Mail Message. The problem is, they use a third party program to create their PDF files, then through this third party program add the file to a new email. I had been downloading PDF forms from the IRS website - maybe it's the IRS my router does not like. it won't show any files if the view is in icon view so switch it to list and it should show everything. So, the workaround is to compose your message as normal. Guess I should of stayed with an older version of Outlook. The system returned: (22) Invalid argument The remote host or network may be down.
If you answer No, you can then remove the potentially unsafe attachment. Typically, premium-level services provide more e-mail file storage space and allow larger messages than standard-level services. That fixed it for me. I have yet to try recreating the Windows profile since it seems like such a big step to fix such a small bug.
