This is the best place I have found for those problems that I just can not figure out. I paid $54.00 dollars and it said that it deleted lots of infected files which I don't believe, I'm asking for a refund since I installed other free softwares that worked I tried all of things suggested here, except reboting from disk,I bought my computer used and it didn't come with one (I'm aware that this may be my only solution, but I have found a few cases of the same symptoms on Google, which indicated the Recovery Console fixed the problem. why not try these out
