Did u try restoring and it failed or what? I havealso tried System Restore in Safe Mode with same results. This is why I recommend you keep most of your data on a separate partition from the OS and programs. Windows 10 still does contain System Restore, so you can re-enable it if you feel more comfortable with System Restore as a safety net.
