You may need to resolve conflicts, in most cases AutoMerge in the pop up dialog will do the trick. I suspect that TFPT does not follow NTFS directory symbolic links correctly when determining the workspace. Specify /source, /target and shelvesetname - that should be enough. And I strongly suspect that ultimately this points to what could be considered a bug somewhere in the PowerTools code.
