When I Got To This Step: Copy the following folders and files to C:\Windows\System32 “GroupPolicy“, “GroupPolicyUsers" and gpedit.msc. It may also be that some things, like automatic updates (addressing David below) might’ve undergone changes in the last 4 Windows versions so that the old policies doesn’t work.
